In this role, you’ll work across Magento commerce development and Marketo campaign enablement, partnering closely with marketers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless customer journeys—from storefront discovery to personalized engagement. You’ll contribute to scalable integrations, performance-focused enhancements, and reliable automation that turns data into action. Key Responsibilities:
- Magento Development
- Design, develop, and enhance Magento (Adobe Commerce) modules, themes, and customizations aligned to business requirements.
- Implement and maintain product catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, and order management enhancements with a focus on performance and stability.
- Build and optimize APIs and integrations between Magento and external systems (e.g., CRM/ERP/marketing platforms).
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver reliable fixes with appropriate testing.
- Marketo Development & Automation
- Configure and support Marketo programs, smart campaigns, lead lifecycle flows, scoring, segmentation, and nurture journeys.
- Build and maintain email and landing page templates, tokens, forms, and operational workflows to improve campaign efficiency.
- Ensure data quality and governance through standardization, validation, and ongoing monitoring of lead and activity data.
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with stakeholders to translate marketing and commerce needs into technical solutions and delivery plans.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices for secure, maintainable implementations.
- Support release planning, deployments, and post-release validation across commerce and marketing automation changes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Magento development and Marketo implementation/support.
- Proficiency in Magento development concepts (custom modules, theme customization, APIs, performance tuning).
- Strong working knowledge of Marketo components (programs, smart campaigns, segmentation, forms, email/landing pages).
- Experience with integrations and data flows between commerce and marketing systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA or equivalent education.
