Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP PP / QM Consultant

As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in engaging with business/functional team in providing best fit technical solutions while conforming to client's and Infosys development standards. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

• This position may require travel to Project / client locations.

• This role may Involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only. In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience in SAP PP/QM
• Experience with at least 3 end to end S4HANA implementations in PPQM track
• Experience with end to end SAP PP implementation with in-depth understanding of the below modules in SAP S4 Hana
• Master data
• Materials, BOM, Routing, work centers, production tools, Variant configuration (Class, characteristics and their assignment)
• Planning & Forecasting
• MRP
• Production processes and it's SAP solutions
• Standard, Remanufacturing, Rebuild, Foundry, Repetitive, Kanban
• Capacity planning
• MES integration
• Production order management & execution including availability checks, batch determination, confirmation, WIP processing and reporting, settlement
• Integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD, SAP PP and SAP FICO (Product costing)
• Experience on SAP QM (Quality Management) is an added advantage
• Quality Info records
• Quality Inspection plans
• Usage decisions
• Record inspection results
• Inventory movement for items under inspection
• Disposal and scrap management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
