
PSO Overall Lead (EDA and Transformation)
About the role
PSO Overall Lead with strong experience in program governance, portfolio management, delivery assurance, and operating‑model transformation across large enterprise engagements. Proven ability to establish standardized delivery frameworks, governance controls, metrics, and review mechanisms to drive predictable outcomes, compliance, and sustained business value.
Recognized for bridging business, delivery, and technology stakeholders, enabling transparency, risk management, and continuous improvement across complex, multi‑vendor, multi‑geography programs
- Lead the end‑to‑end PSO function across multiple programs and portfolios
- Define and enforce enterprise delivery governance frameworks, standards, and controls
- Establish review cadence, tollgates, and escalation mechanisms
- Ensure alignment of program execution with client SLAs, organizational objectives, and compliance requirements
- Drive portfolio‑level transparency on cost, schedule, scope, and risk
- Act as a single point of accountability for delivery health and assurance
- Support leadership with data‑driven insights and executive dashboards
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database and application teams for environmental support.
- Guide team to trouble shoot issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Responsible for ensuring high availability and stability of platform
- Oversee performance tuning and optimization of applications.
- Handles release deployments and ensure smooth migration across environments
- Proven expertise in handling large-scale production environments and incidents.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting and command-line tools.
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes (Incidents, Problem, Change management)
- Establish a scaled PSO operating model supporting multiple concurrent programs
- Standardized delivery metrics, health dashboards, and executive reporting
- Improved predictability and audit readiness through structured governance
- Reduced delivery risks through proactive issue identification and escalation
- Enabled decision‑making at leadership level via portfolio‑wide insights
- Drove consistency across programs through common templates, playbooks, and processes
10-15 years industry experience, in Tableau,MSTR,Hadoop,Informatica, Abinitio, Unix and Python.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience as an Ab Initio/Informatica/Tableau/Hadoop knowledge.
- Advanced SQL skills include query optimization and performance tuning.
- Deep understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing and data integration.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
