Technical Skills

• Total 7+ years of exp in IT industry
• 5+ years of exp with in Data visualization (preferably) Power BI
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Having exposure in data engineering/Data governance and data platform design
• Experience with handling cloud programs
• Knowledge of orchestration, streaming, and distributed systems

Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of analytics, BI consumption patterns
• Experience with data governance and enterprise data management practices
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical excellence

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading technical teams and large-scale data initiatives
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global environments

Good to have:

• Spanish language skills
• Familiar with MLOps and AI technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD
