About the role
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Design Head for our Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Practice. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of crafting and delivering high-quality solutions to clients in the HR domain. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, and a deep understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits administration, and learning services.
Responsibilities:
As a Solution Design Head, you will:
- Lead the design and development of solutions that meet client needs.
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, define innovative & transformative solutions, and clearly communicate the business benefits.
- Provide leadership in completing RFx processes, contributing to the preparation and submission of customer proposals.
- Adhere to the bid timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and managing cross-functional collaborations.
- Build new capabilities and offerings to address client needs and drive business growth.
- Develop innovative and viable commercial models.
- Manage and develop a team of solution design consultants.
- Engage in assessments, due diligences, PoC exercises to win large initiative-taking deals.
- Develop thought leadership, Point of Views, methodologies, frameworks, toolkits, collaterals to support transformation projects and pursuit/solution design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across units to conceptualize, design, evangelize, and operationalize solutions in emerging spaces.
- Partner with the Business Process Owner(s) and Subject Matter Expert(s) to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements.Key Skills Required:
This role requires the following skills, expertise, and experience: - Domain expertise in HR processes, employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits administration, and learning services.
- Experience in crafting solutions and delivery of innovative projects and helping clients to deliver efficiency, effectiveness, and experience by adopting Digital Transformation Levers16.
- Exposure and/or experience in leading HR products and platforms such as Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, and ADP.
- Strong consulting, solution development skills, and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities in the HR domain.
- Demonstrated experience working with complex business process outsourcing and/or shared services operations.
- Proven delivery management skills of multiple programs, getting deep into the requirements & solutioning when needed.
- Helping clients to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analyzing clients’ as-is processes, and creating end-to-end automation solution blueprints.
- Help hire, mentor, and train team members into the practice.
What We Are Looking For:
- MBA from a Tier-I college with minimum defined grades and at least 15+ years of experience after MBA in the fields related to the Job Description.
- HR-related certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR would be good to have.
- Smart, self-driven, highly focused & initiative-taking people with top-notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and passion for the fast-changing HR space.
- Firsthand experience in managing HR operations would be nice to have.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
Work Location (Cities):
This Position will be based at our Pune or Bengaluru office, with occasional travel required both domestic and international (30-40%)
