Job Description, Role

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant/ Solution lead with Oracle SCM Cloud implementation experience. As a Principal Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.

You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualfications/skills .

• 12+ years of Information Technology experience
• At least 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
• Candidates need to have experience in leading programs having Oracle Procurement Cloud,Oracle Order Management Cloud and Inventory Cloud.
• Experience in at least two / three full-fledged implementations of Oracle SCM cloud applications
• Experience in Requirements gathering, solution design and deployment
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Hands-on in Business Process modelling and simplification.
• Hands-on experience on Analysis & configuration of Oracle Fusion cloud components, custom fields, custom objects, DFFs, reports.
• Must be able to understand REST API based integrations and design/mapping between source and target systems all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.
• Experience on production support is nice to have.
• Experience managing team size of at least 10+ resources in the capacity of a solution architect.
• Work collaboratively with offshore team to build solutions and execute business scenarios.
• Engage with different stakeholders to drive various outcomes, ability to understand the core functional requirements and deliver the outcome in a way that scales across all businesses.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Preferred

• Experience in Data Migration will be added advantage.
• Should have excellent problem-solving skills
• Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members
