Infosys is seeking a Network Engineer with hands on experience in CISCO Routing and Switching technologies and Meraki cloud-managed networking. This Candidate will be a key player to oversee the delivery of network services across client environments. This role involves maintenance of enterprise network solutions, managing service performance, and driving continuous improvement in network operations. Also, will support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• At least 8 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in CISCO Routing and Switching, Meraki, ACI, SDWAN.
• Experience with Meraki WLAN infrastructure in large scale global deployments.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex network outages to aid our network operations teams as needed in the edge access network domain SDWAN/switch/router and its dependent systems
• Perform and own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for supported environments
• At least 8 years of Information Technology experience.
