
Supply Chain Specialist
About the role
- The Transportation Planner is responsible for executing transport planning activities accurately and within agreed timelines, ensuring delivery, dispatch, and shipment planning information is coordinated effectively across the assigned portfolio.
- The Supply Planner is responsible for executing short-term Integration Tactical Planning activities across the 0 to 12-week horizon, ensuring supply plans are accurate, actionable, and aligned with site capabilities and business requirements
- The NOD & Supply Chain Loss Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end Notice of Deletion activities and supporting reporting and visibility related to supply chain loss exposure across GCC Manila.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant training in inventory management, reporting, or business operations desirable.
Experience:

3+ years’ experience in inventory analysis, supply chain operations, product deletion processes, or related operational roles.

Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, including how inventory and loss-related activity connects with planning, logistics, and broader supply chain performance.

Experience working with reporting, risk visibility, or inventory-related analysis preferred.

Experience in a process-driven operational environment preferred.

Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centre environments is an advantage.

Basic understanding of inventory processes and product run-down or deletion activities, and supply chain loss concepts.

Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.

Ability to work within SOPs, controls, and defined service levels.

Working knowledge of ERP, reporting, or planning tools desirable.

Good analytical, communication, and issue coordination capability.
