1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上IT相关工作经验，至少1年AS400/RPG开发经验，精通RPG语言及AS400平台技术体系；
2. 具备高性能应用开发能力，熟悉金融/企业级业务系统开发优先；
3. 责任心强，具备良好的问题排查能力与团队协作意识；
4. 英语口语流利。
