MicroStrategy Developer

We are seeking a skilled Micro Strategy Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for creating reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using the Micro Strategy platform while collaborating with business stakeholders to meet reporting and data visualization requirements.

Design and develop Micro Strategy reports, dashboards, dossiers, and scorecards.
Create and maintain metadata objects including Attributes, Facts, Metrics, Filters, and Hierarchies.
Develop and manage Intelligent Cubes and datasets.
Perform report tuning and optimization to improve performance.
Create and maintain Micro Strategy security roles and user access controls.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
Develop complex SQL queries and troubleshoot database-related issues.
Support production environments and resolve reporting issues.
Work closely with Data Warehouse, ETL, and Business teams to ensure data accuracy.
Participate in deployment, testing, and release activities

Strong experience with Micro Strategy Developer, Architect, and Web/Dossier tools.
Experience with Micro Strategy Dossier and Library.
Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend, or Data Stage.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
