As a Technology Architect, the person should significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. The candidate should be able to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. • A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.

• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.

• You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.

• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.

• You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT including experience on databases and 5 years with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

• Hands-on experience in Postgre

SQL and Migrating to PostgreSQL:

• Hands on experience in designing, managing and building applications using MongoDB.
• Experience in any of the Cloud RDBMS like AWS RDS, Aurora, Google Cloud SQL, Azure SQL for Postgres.
• Additional experience in any other NoSQL database/Java is an added advantage.
• Should have a proven record in designing, architecting and executing migration projects from solution conceptualization to delivery.
• Should have Experience in PostgreSQL modeling, PL/pgSQL, SQL performance tuning, Application Integration, Database troubleshooting including high volume database management
• Up-to-date on key trends and understands market dynamics and opportunities
• Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment.
• Should possess excellent client interfacing skills and analytical skills.

Education: MCA,MSc,MTech,Bachelor of Engineering,BTech
