perations Lead will focus on Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Program delivery, Client Stakeholder Management and Operations management for Capex Category in FMCG Industry, to deliver all contractual KPI’s, including Savings Targets, Timely Project Delivery and Consistent project execution Quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering Degree preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of sourcing experience
• Experienced in working with Global Teams / Clients

Key Skills:

Sourcing & Procurement Management:

o  Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and be able to Guide Team & Stakeholders.
o  Map Client requirements by understanding the needs of Business Users & maintenance Engineers
o  Develop detailed Sourcing pipeline for M&S scope
o  Deep knowledge of RFX processes (SOW writing, quoting matrix, technical and commercial evaluation, suppliers’ interaction etc.)
o  Drive effectively a team, assigning responsibilities and setting project goals

• SME understanding of M&S category & associated Global Supplier search, evaluation and selection
• Well-versed and hands on Contract management process
• Documents Management with strong organization skills (meetings minutes, RFX documentation, emails, etc.)
• Lead and where applicable assist / coach the team in negotiation with suppliers
• Strong Supplier Relationship Management skill, to build long term Supplier relationship to drive value
• Ability to derive Market Intelligence through secondary reports and macro events to identify Supply Chain Risks and adopt Sourcing Strategy to deliver value
• Identification of Sourcing opportunities/ projects
  o  Spend analysis and management
  o  Supplier rationalization
  o  Preferred Suppliers development
  o  Catalog program development and execution
  o  Savings delivery
  o  Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements & driving compliance for entire Capex delivery team
• Good hands-on knowledge of ERP & Sourcing Project Management Tools & Systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa or similar.
• Ability to guide team members / suppliers / stakeholders on Client’s procurement policies and processes
• The candidate must strong analytical capability, including advanced MS Excel skills.
  Soft skills:
  o  Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, by phone or 121)
  o  Focused on Customer Service to maximize customer satisfaction level (preferably experienced in a client facing role in Service Provider-Client set up)
