8-10 years of software development experience preferably in Python;
At least bachelor agree and above;
Strong experience in leveraging AI in software development preferably using Github Copilot or Claude Code;
Strong experience in building AI-native features using RAG;
We need strong English communication skills because of stakeholder communication requirements.
