• Define target architectures for upgraded applications, platforms and database systems.

• Guide migration strategy, deployment approaches and integration design.

• Review technical designs and ensure alignment with architectural standards.

• Assess compatibility across systems, interfaces and data components.

• Support performance, reliability and stability considerations during migration.

• Prepare architectural documentation, guidelines and technical reference materials.

• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation recommendations.

• Collaborate with business, development, testing and infrastructure teams. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES - Background in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.

• Experience in enterprise architecture or application/database migration.

• Strong understanding of integration models, system design principles and operational architecture.

• Ability to lead teams through complex technical transitions.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills:

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Taiwanese language is required.
