Sourcing Buyer Process Lead with French -:

Infosys Lodz Key responsibilities:

• Support the e-sourcing process by managing project classification, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication and reporting throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
• Support the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process by managing e Sourcing events, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of sourcing documentation and analysis.
• Provide regular KPI delivery reports to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with buyer requirements.
• Respond to supplier inquiries regarding event content and tender specifics (commercial and technical).
• Generate bid summaries and assist in supplier shortlisting.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of overall relevant experience in Sourcing & Procurement area, mostly in strategic initiatives (Capex Investment / MRO preferably, direct materials if available
• Hands on experience in handling e-Sourcing projects across categories
• Ability and proven experience in drafting sourcing planning, business case creation, sourcing execution including TCO approach
• French min C1 level (essential for client communication purposes)
• Exposure to RFx/ e Sourcing Tools, experience on leading platforms
• Proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting.
• Familiarity with e Sourcing tools and platforms e.g. Ariba (nice to have)
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Hybrid mode (2 work days from the office per week in Lodz or surrounding area) or Remote work from Poland
