Gen AI Developer

We are hiring for GenAI developer:
Role: Generative AI Developer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Bangalore / Noida

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build AI-powered applications leveraging OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar models.
Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks using vector databases.
Create prompts, AI agents, chatbots, and copilots for enterprise use cases.
Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor LLM performance, accuracy, and security.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver solutions.
Ensure adherence to Responsible AI and data security best practices.

3–6 years of software development experience.
Hands-on experience in Python programming.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Lang Chain, Llama Index, AI Agents.
Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or similar GenAI platforms.
Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
Experience in REST APIs, Microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Good understanding of machine learning and NLP concepts.

Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems.
Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps tools.
Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, or Auto Gen.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor of Engineering
