VMware Administrator

• Drive design, development, validation, and support to deliver high-quality technology solutions and ensure client satisfaction

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective system solutions

• Contribute to effort estimation and project planning for seamless delivery

• Build efficient and scalable systems, enabling clients to navigate their digital transformation journey

• Primary skill: Server Virtualization – VMware ESX

• Provide L1/L2 support for Windows Server environments

• Manage Active Directory including user creation, access management, and group policy updates

• Perform VMware administration such as VM provisioning, snapshots, monitoring, and maintenance

• Handle incident and service requests in line with defined SLAs

• Monitor system health and perform basic troubleshooting across infrastructure

• Manage patching, updates, and antivirus compliance for servers

• Support backup and restore activities for business continuity

• Maintain documentation and adhere to ITIL processes (incident, request, and change management)

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Strong ownership and accountability towards assigned tasks

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
