Java Lead

Position: Software Engineer (8+ years)Technical Skills: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React, AWS, APIs, GitHub Actions

Responsibilities:

• Architect and oversee the development of enterprise grade applications.
• Define best practices for backend systems and API integration.
• Drive cloud adoption and optimize AWS based innovative solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure deployment efficiency.
• Mentor and guide teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Deep understanding of full stack design patterns and designing loosely coupled architecture
• Familiarity with backend systems integration and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong architectural experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• In-depth knowledge and hands on experience of React, AWS, and Git
