SAP Basis

We are looking for a skilled SAP Basis Administrator to manage, monitor, and support SAP landscapes across development, testing, and production environments. The role involves ensuring system availability, performance optimization, transport management, patching, and troubleshooting of SAP Basis-related issues.

• Provide L2 support for SAP Basis administration across SAP environments
• Monitor and maintain SAP systems to ensure high availability, stability, and performance
• Perform SAP system administration activities including client administration, user administration, background job monitoring, and transport management
• Support SAP installations, configurations, upgrades, patches, and kernel updates
• Monitor system health, logs, work processes, jobs, and database connectivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related incidents within defined SLAs
• Handle transport requests, system refresh activities, and environment movement support
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities for SAP systems
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, OS, network, and application teams for issue resolution
• Perform performance tuning and capacity monitoring for SAP systems
• Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge articles for SAP Basis operations
• Participate in maintenance activities, deployments, and release support as required
