UX and UI Designer Technical Solutions

We are looking for an experienced UX & UI Designer – Technical Solutions to drive user-centered design initiatives for enterprise digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging enterprise applications while working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams. Experience in industrial, engineering, or technical domains is highly preferred.

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design activities across complex enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, workshops, usability testing, and stakeholder discussions.
Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop intuitive, user-friendly experiences for enterprise platforms such as ERP, Engineering Solutions, DMS, and other digital products.
Facilitate design thinking workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards to ensure consistency across applications.
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, architects, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Validate design concepts through usability testing and continuously improve user experiences based on feedback and analytics.
Support agile delivery teams by providing design expertise during sprint planning, development, testing, and release cycles.

8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Software Program Management, or Digital Product Design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of enterprise application designs.
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Miro, and other UX/UI design and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, User Interface Design, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.
Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and journey mapping.
Strong knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and user-centered design practices.
Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based delivery environments.
Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field.
Relevant UX/UI certifications are preferred.
