Informatica PC_IICS Support_JL5

We are looking for a motivated Senior Data Engineer with Informatica knowledge to join our application support team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Informatica Power Center (PC) and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), along with strong skills in SQL, Unix scripting, and working knowledge of scheduling tools.

& responsibilities

• Provide L3 application support for Informatica PC and IICS related ETL jobs.
• Monitor batch jobs, workflow and data loads; identify and resolve failures within SLA.
• Analyze issues related to data discrepancies, performance and job failure.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes.
• Coordinate with development, DBA and Admin teams for issue resolution.
• Handle production incident, service request and change deployments.
• Support releases, patching and migration activities.
• Provide status updates and participate in on-call/shift-based support as required.

Education: Bachelor of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology
