アソシエイト- ITコンサルタント（ビジネスプロセス、IT プラットフォーム）

インフォシスは、顧客のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現するため、弊社のグローバルチームの知見を活かし、コンサルティングフェーズからサービス導入までの全フェーズをリードする、ビジネスコンサルタント、ＩＴコンサルタントとなりうる人材を募集します。

担当業務:

・顧客の要件収集から業務分析、外部設計、開発・構成、テスト、導入まで、様々な段階でプロジェクトをリード。

・インフォシスのガイドライン、方針、基準に従って、高品質で付加価値のあるコンサルティング・ソリューションを顧客に提供することを目的に、事業部レベルのイニシアチブや全社的なイニシアチブに貢献。

・オフショア・チーム（インド側）、顧客チーム、オンサイト・チーム（顧客常駐メンバー）と協力してプロジェクトを実行。

・顧客の問題を分析してソリューションを作成・文書化。

応募資格:

・ビジネス・ITコンサルティング／ソリューション・デリバリといった分野に興味がある方

・ERPや人工知能などのプラットフォームが持つ機能、その将来性に興味がある方

・優れたコミュニケーション・スキル、プレゼンテーション・スキル、会話能力、文章力。

・必要に応じてプロジェクトを代表して単独で顧客との協議を進め、信頼できるアドバイザーの役目を将来務めることができる。

・環境への適応能力が高いこと。オンサイト（顧客先）とオフショア（主にインド側）の混合チームにおいて、アイディアを共有したり協力して作業を行うことができる。

・組織をまとめていく能力、分析力に優れていること。またそういった経験を学生時代にされた方

・自ら考え、行動に移れる方

・責任感が強い。組織のリーダーをつとめた経験がある方
・理系出身者(工学、数学、情報科学系など)歓迎です。

・バイリンガル（日本語と英語）であること
