About the role

Order Management & Service operations Specialist (SME) with French

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a BPO environment
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain management ((Order Management and Claims)
  • Excellent French (min. C1) & good English (min. B1)
  • Any Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient MS Excel
  • Analytical/troubleshooting/diagnosis/problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good written & oral communication skills with internal customers
  • Customer / Client facing experience would be handy
  • Training experience & experience in creating knowledge base would be an advantage

  • Order Management process
  • Inventory management
  • Handle sales order inquiries
  • Customer Master Data Management
  • Transport Damage
  • Returns management
  • Manage query and complaint management
  • Customer Feedback and Satisfaction Monitoring
  • Non-Deliverables
  • Delivery date inquiries
  • Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams
