• Developing content/records management, workflow management solutions using Open Text product development environments and APIs and programming languages.

• Leading requirements gathering, analysis, and solution development for Open Text solutions.

• Leading a team of analysts, developers and testers in delivering Open Text solutions.

• Providing Open Text system(s) demonstrations based on the customer's requirements.

• Strategize and develop complex responses to management or customers and help with and work on proposals.

• Providing technical oversight and guidance during the project execution

• Skills /Competencies: Essential Skills:

• More than 10 years of working experience in Open Text ECM product suite implementation and support on large scale and complex projects.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience of Open Text solution architecture, design and delivery on large scale and complex projects.

• Excellent knowledge with Open Text Content Server version 16.x.

• Excellent knowledge of Open Text ECM products implementation e.g. Content Server, xECM, SAP Archiving and Share Point AGA.

• Comprehensive experience in configuring three or more Open Text Content Server modules:

• Records Management

• Classifications / RM Classifications

• Workflows / Advanced Workflows

• Live Reports / Web Reports

• Forms

• Physical Objects

• Good experience with the Open Text for SAP suite of products (xECM, VIM, EFM etc.)

• Good experience with Open Text ECM software solutions and similar applications.

• Good experience with ECM integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools

• Sound knowledge and experience in implementation of collaborative product e.g. Brava for Content Server, Brava for Microsoft Share Point, Brava Viewer for SAP, Open Text Rendition Server (Blazon)

• Hands-on expertise and experience in some of the following solutions, processes, and technologies:

• Scanning, Document Imaging, Forms Processing and Recognition

• Classification Systems/Taxonomies, Document Indexing, Document, Records

• Email, Web Content and Digital Asset Management, Collaboration

• Security, Privacy, Storage, Long-term Archival, Search, Workflow

• Publishing, Migration, Replication, Localization, Personalization

• Backup and Recovery, High Availability, Content Integration, Java development

• Experience designing and implementing record schedules

• Open Text - Business Process Management (BPM)

• More than 10 years of working experience in Open Text BPM product suite implementation and support on large scale and complex projects.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience of Open Text solution architecture, design and delivery on large scale and complex projects.

• Excellent knowledge with Open Text BPM or App Works suite version 16.x.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on enterprise application development experience with Open Text Cordys BPM tool.

• Excellent knowledge with Java Scripts, SOAP, REST, WSDL, Web Services, Core Java, HTML5, CSS.

• Rich hands-on work experience on Java, JDBC, AJAX, XML, OOAD.

• Database skills, SQL, Triggers/Stored Procedures and working experience with any well-known database (MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 or MySQL)

• Good working knowledge in implementation of collaborative product e.g. Open Text Capture Center (OCC) and Open Text App Works.

• Possesses excellent working knowledge on:

• BPM, SOA, Web 2.0, SaaS and Cloud computing paradigms

• Service Oriented Architecture

• W3C standards

• Preparing Solution and Technical Designs

• Knowledge in BPM and BPMN concepts

• Various types of enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, EAI, BPM)

• Knowledge on Web Servers and Application Servers

• Security, Authentication, HA deployments & administration

• Expected to learn and deploy new technologies as needed.

• Open Text - Customer Communication Management (CCM)

• More than 10 years' experience of Open Text CCM solution design, build and maintain on medium and large-scale projects.

• Minimum 5 years' experience of Open Text CCM solution architecture, design and delivery on large scale and complex projects. 3. Excellent knowledge with Open Text Exstream version 5.x.

• Excellent knowledge in advanced configuration and development using various components like Control Center, Design Center, Composition Center, Archiving, Ad hoc viewer and Post processing in Open Text Exstream product.

• Excellent SQL knowledge and advanced scripting.

• Able to design and deliver solutions using Open Text Exstream products.

• Able to drive solution development, architecture and implementation.
