Infosys is seeking to hire a Wireless Network Specialist. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Network Engineers and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties of Network Engineer/specialist must have experience in SDWAN, Switching (Nexus, ACI), Wireless etc. The consultant needs to maintain best practices and collaborates with the architecture and application teams to set the technical vision and target architecture

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malvern, PA or, Kalamazoo, MI or Hartford, CT or Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Network and Security Operations and Implementation.
• Ability to analyze troubleshoot and resolve complex Network issues for Datacenter, Regional offices and Cloud.
• Design, Implement and migrate the Network Infrastructure for Datacenter and regional office.
• Expert level engineer in Cisco SDWAN who can design manage the SDWAN environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting of complex network outages to aid our network operations teams as needed in the edge access network domain SDWAN/switch/router and its dependent systems.
• Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.
• Switching
• Upgrades, migration and High Availability troubleshooting.
• Develop wireless network infrastructure and make recommendations on system enhancements for optimization.
• Proficiency with Cisco ISE and supporting NAC at an enterprise level.
• Perform and own root cause analysis and problem management for supported environments.
• Basic automation software skills in support of network automation such as Ansible orchestration, Data modeling
• YAML and JSON, Scripting
• Python.
• Create and update documentation. Collaborate and update work instruction documentation to other engineers and operational staff.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Must be able to work in 24x7 production support environment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.

• Experience with Meraki WLAN infrastructure in large scale global deployments.
• Support F5 Load Balancers from a platform support both on premises and in the cloud.
• Industrial certifications in Cisco, F5, Palo Alto products/technologies is desirable

The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
