Operations Manager at Infosys

Operations Manager (JL5) needed for Supply Chain management

• Manage multiple teams spread across various locations delivering account objectives

• Own enterprise-level supply chain planning operations

• Define and drive end-to-end planning strategy across engagements

• Lead large teams through assistant managers

• Govern enterprise KPIs, metrics and value realization

• Drive transformation and automation initiatives at scale

• Lead strategic client engagements and executive reviews

• Identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities

• Oversee BOM governance, audits and compliance

• Manage critical escalations and complex decisions

• Mentor leaders and build succession pipelines

• Support solution due diligence and large transitions

• Collaborate with COEs and cross-functional teams

• Align planning with growth, resilience and sustainability goals

• Drive standardization and scalability of planning practices

• Represent planning in enterprise transformation programs

• Any degree / MBA (Supply Chain or Operations preferred)

• 12-13 years of operations leadership experience

• 8-10 years experience in team management/handling

Education: MBA,BBA

Preferred skills: S&F->SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING ( Vendor Management); INVENTORY PLANNING; INSIDE SALES; MDM
