AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, Azure cloud services, and agentic AI frameworks to design and implement AI-driven solutions in pharmaceutical and manufacturing environments.
This role focuses on end-to-end AI development, integrating industrial data (SCADA, MES, Historians) with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) while ensuring compliance with GxP and enterprise data governance standards.

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for pharmaceutical and manufacturing use cases
Build end-to-end data pipelines (batch & real-time) from SCADA, MES, and historians to cloud platforms
Implement agentic AI architectures and intelligent workflows
Work with Azure services such as IoT Hub, Event Hub, and Stream Analytics
Design scalable data models and schemas across SQL and NoSQL databases
Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance systems (AuthN/AuthZ, scalability, resilience)
Develop and maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, workflows, specifications)
Follow DevOps best practices including Git/GitHub, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders

Strong experience in Python development (mandatory)
Hands-on experience in AI/ML development & agentic AI frameworks
Expertise in Azure Cloud (IoT Hub, Event Hub, Stream Analytics)
Experience with data engineering & streaming pipelines
Knowledge of SCADA, MES, Industrial Historians
Strong understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases and performance optimization
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
Experience in authentication, authorization, and secure system design
Proficiency in Git/GitHub and CI/CD practices

Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or manufacturing environments preferred
Knowledge of OT–IT integration and Industry 4.0 concepts
Familiarity with GxP compliance and regulated environments is a strong advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
