Teamcenter QMS Functional Design Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter QMS Functional Design Consultant / Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter Quality Management System (QMS) solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, quality teams, engineering teams, and IT organizations to define quality management processes, develop solution architectures, and ensure successful deployment of Teamcenter QMS capabilities aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.

• Analyze and document business requirements for Quality Management processes.

• Conduct workshops with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Regulatory stakeholders.

• Design end-to-end solutions using Teamcenter QMS modules.

• Create functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and requirement traceability matrices.

• Define best practices for quality process standardization across global organizations.

• Support business process transformation initiatives.

• Design scalable and enterprise-grade Teamcenter QMS architectures.

• Define integration architecture with:
  o SAP ERP/S4HANA
  o Oracle ERP
  o MES systems
  o CRM systems
  o Document Management Systems
  o Regulatory Compliance Systems

• Develop deployment and migration strategies.

• Ensure solution performance, security, and maintainability.

• Conduct architecture reviews and design governance.

• Teamcenter QMS Configuration & Implementation

• Lead implementation of Teamcenter Quality Management modules:
  o Non-Conformance Management (NCM)
  o Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  o Audit Management
  o Complaint Handling
  o Quality Issue Management
  o Inspection Planning
  o Supplier Quality Management
  o Risk Management
  o Change Management Integration

• Define workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.

• Configure business rules and process automation.
