Senior Operations Manager at Infosys

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Black Line Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Black Line I2C solutions. The role will focus on driving finance transformation by streamlining Accounts Receivable processes, enhancing automation, and ensuring strong financial controls and reporting.
This role requires deep expertise in Black Line I2C modules (Cash Application, Collections, Disputes, AR Automation) and strong consulting capabilities to engage with global clients.

Implementation & Solution Design:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Black Line I2C modules, including:
• Cash Application
  • Collections Management
  • Dispute & Deduction Management
  • AR Automation
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solution design
• Configure:
• Matching rules (cash application)
  • Workflows, exception handling, auto-posting logic
