Your role

As a Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the support and development lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in defining the problem, propose and refining the solution. You will also play an important role in the platform setup, development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• 7-9 years of experience in TIBCO Admin , TIBCO Business Works 5.x,

• Strong knowledge of TIBCO Administration, TIBCO EMS, including domain configurations (Jazz, Quickstep, Slowfox, Hiphop)

• Experience with JMS messaging patterns

• Familiarity with OAGIS canonical models

• Exposure to Apache Camel, Quarkus, and Microservices architecture

• Preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.

• Ability to ramp up in other technologies as per project need.
