About the role
Areas of Responsibility:

Need Identification
Identify the competency building requirements in the organization by collaborating with various stake holders, Analyses the problems faced by the customer, participates in discussions to understand the problems and new requirement, Analyses the problems faced by the customer, participates in discussions to understand the problems and new requirement, Guide and assist to Extract Need identification based on CSAT, Business needs, Current methodology adopted at Infosys etc., Review Collation and consolidation of gathered input using different forums, network and interactions at org level, Unit level and delivery level, Lead for adopting and practicing effective engagement planning methods within the group in order to make effective plan and check appropriate measures are taken for the development of competency through education delivery. -
Operations Planning
Receive the function goal; translate and formulate strategies for their actions (like training requirement, consistency in feedback, Unit growth plans, education events, perform education delivery based research and fulfills the consulting requirements of the projects ) with proper control and measures, drives talent planning and acquisition, Leads the Practice Group team to Collect and analyze data/ information for developing practice annual planning inputs based on Infosys guidelines and policies; Consolidate sub-unit budget plans; Provide inputs and guide for sub- unit budget plans; validate budget plan based on approved strategy and action plan being developed in order to align functions services to business needs and ensuring smooth operations of education and related programs. -
Course Design
Receive various inputs on technology landscape / competency needs from various stake holders; initiates and trigger respective team for its implementation, Tracks the progress, Reviews the detailed design and provides suggestions on improvements; For large engagements, assists in development/ coaches for design of solution/ session/ workshop by leading to develop complete or parts of design work; estimate effort in area of expertise in line with Infosys financial guidelines in order to develop effective course/ workshop / session design.
Course Development and Maintenance:
Receive consolidated reports on courses, feedbacks from internal systems, performs review of developed course / workshop content / artifacts- for its comprehensiveness at level T300+, Provide guidance on design , content , flow , examples, relevance, learning aspects in order to develop content, and check if artifacts adheres to appropriate quality as per the baseline design.
Review of effectiveness and relevance of courses maintained by Functional Group , based on different sources of inputs on the learning solution verify the relevance of course, review/ Analysis for retirement of a course / learning solution in order to keep the workshop/ course content
