Tableau Administrator

You will be the backbone of our analytics ecosystem, ensuring that Tableau runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently for business users across the organization. In this role, you will own the end-to-end administration of Tableau environments, enabling teams to turn data into meaningful insights with confidence. You’ll collaborate closely with BI developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to optimize performance, streamline deployments, and maintain a robust, scalable analytics platform.
With your experience, you’ll help define best practices, standardize processes, and drive automation where possible, including leveraging containerization tools like Docker where applicable. • 5–9 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years focused on Tableau Administration in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and upgrade of Tableau Server, including multi-node or high-availability setups.
• Strong understanding of Tableau security model, including user/group management, permissions, and integration with enterprise identity systems.
• Proven ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Tableau Server performance and extract refresh processes.
• Experience managing content lifecycle (projects, workbooks, data sources) and implementing governance standards.
• Relevant Tableau Admin certification (or equivalent) demonstrating strong platform administration skills.
