Senior Domain Lead

Requiring P2P and Procurement Operations leader with 10–13 years of experience, strong sourcing exposure, proven team handling, and mature stakeholder management capabilities. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end P2P operations while providing upstream sourcing and procurement support for a complex, high-volume environment, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing-led organizations.
The position is based at Electronic City (E-City) Campus, Bangalore. The role follows a hybrid work model, which may transition to full-time office presence depending on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• P2P Operations & Governance
• Own and govern end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations, including PR validation, approval support
• Act as the final escalation point for complex operational issues, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Drive strong process compliance, monitoring adherence to procurement policies, approval thresholds, catalog usage, and correct commodity classification.
• Sourcing & Procurement Support
• Provide hands-on leadership and oversight across sourcing execution activities, including RFx support, supplier evaluations, negotiation coordination, and commercial alignment.
• Support contract management, catalog management, and supplier onboarding, ensuring smooth transition from sourcing to P2P execution.
• Partner with category teams and stakeholders to optimize sourcing outcomes, reduce cycle times, and improve compliance.
• Stakeholder Management
• single point of contact for internal stakeholders & business requestors.
• Lead regular review forums, service dashboards, and governance calls; proactively manage escalations and expectations.
• Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction through responsiveness, transparency, and predictable delivery.
• People & Service Delivery Leadership
• Lead and manage a multi-level operations team, ensuring optimal staffing, productivity, quality, and skill development.
• Drive performance management, coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Establish SOPs, controls, and backup structures to ensure operational continuity and scalability.
• Process Excellence & Transformation
• Identify and drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve turnaround time, and enhance user experience.
• Track KPIs related to cycle time, invoice exceptions, compliance, productivity, and quality; ensure root-cause elimination for recurring issues.
• Support transitions, stabilizations, and scope expansions in collaboration with delivery and transformation teams.
