Assistant Manager

Experience in Marine claims management and processing(Demurrage, Cargo Shipping Industry, Import and Export Documentation, Port operations, Shipping/Marine Insurance)
Handle a team size of 15 to 20 Associates.
Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues.
Act as Single Point of contact for query resolution by providing subject matter expertise for wide range of issues.
Attend process level meetings i.e client facing.
Support Management with insights on the process/domain decisions.
Identify areas and opportunities of automation for improving productivity
Provide coaching & mentoring to team members
Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement

Bachelor’s degree
Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field.(Preferred)
A diploma or certification in Maritime Law or Chartering will be an added advantage
Experience of 7-8 years

Education: BBA,BCom
