Lead - Compliance

The role will be responsible for driving the global HR compliance strategy, governance frameworks, and regulatory adherence across multiple geographies. This role ensures that HR policies, processes, and systems align with statutory requirements. Ensuring risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and robust governance across all HR functions

Compliance Strategy Formulation & Governance:

• Support development of a global HR compliance strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive implementation of people's policies and processes to ensure compliance across geographies.
• Monitor legislative changes and ensure timely organizational readiness and response.
• Execute governance frameworks ensuring consistency and compliance across regions

Implementation of Compliance Assessment Plans:

• Track and monitor global adherence to HR policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate effectiveness of HR systems and processes to ensure sustained compliance
• Present compliance reports, risks, and closure updates to Audit Committees and leadership
• Ensure robustness of compliance frameworks and processes

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate compliance risks across countries.
• Escalate issues promptly and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure global regulatory alignment.

Lead HR transformation initiatives and enhance employee experience:

• Identify improvement opportunities and drive automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
• Deliver process improvement, transformation, and digitization initiatives.

Program Management:

• Program-manage large-scale Compliance, HR transformation and other Change initiatives.
• Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Enable decision-making through structured insights and reporting.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and risks.

Knowledge & Talent Management:

• Implement knowledge management aligned with business needs.
