About the role
- Finance graduate with a professional qualification such as CA/CA Inter/CMA/CMA Inter or MBA (Finance).
- 10–12 years of Finance and Accounts experience, with at least 5–7 years relevant experience in FP&A-specific processes.
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Sound understanding of business context with ability to visualize broad picture.
- Problem solving and analytical skills with eye for detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems; exposure to Advanced Excel, Workday tools is desirable.
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Industry Preference: Experience in Banking/NBFC industries is highly preferred but not mandatory
