Your role

In the role of Technology Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the Architecture and high level design artifacts. You will also do technical feasibility and identify smart ways of completing client's requirement. You will guide the team technically and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and extensive experience with o9 Solutions. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive planning solutions tailored to new market requirements.

• Engage with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand specific requirements and objectives for new markets.
• Conduct thorough research to identify unique challenges, opportunities, and regulatory requirements in new markets.
• Develop a comprehensive technical blueprint outlining the architecture of the o9 planning solution, including software, hardware, and network components.
• Define integration strategies for the o9 solution with existing systems and processes to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the solution is scalable to accommodate future growth and can perform efficiently under varying loads, defining and gathering non-functional requirements (NFRs) to support rollouts.
• Design the overall system and tenant architecture, including data models, application components, and user interfaces.
• Ensure the solution complies with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements in new markets.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the solution architecture, including design specifications, integration points, and data flow diagrams.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the solution is implemented according to the defined architecture and meets business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting and resolving issues during implementation.

Required:

• Experience in supply chain management.
• Experience in configuring and implementing o9 Solutions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Proven experience in designing scalable and efficient system architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with other supply chain planning tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements.
• Certification in o9 Solutions or related technologies.
