Assistant Manager

1. Perform standard defined contribution compliance testing and analysis, including ADP/ACP, Coverage, Annual Additions, and 402(g) testing.
2. Conduct reconciliation and validation of census data, payroll/contribution data, and testing inputs to ensure completeness and accuracy.
3. Research, interpret, and resolve technical and regulatory compliance issues, escalating to SMEs or leadership when needed.
4. Deliver testing results and related outputs within established timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory deadlines.
5. Maintain strong quality controls, including self-review/self-audit, peer review as applicable, and documented sign-offs prior to release of deliverables.
6. Create, document, and maintain clear written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders to support issue resolution and service delivery.
7. Proactively build and apply technology and regulatory knowledge to continuously improve testing accuracy, efficiency, and outcomes.
8. Participate in client calls, conference calls, and internal meetings to support delivery, clarify requirements, and resolve open items.
9. Contribute to special projects, client initiatives/corporate activities, and other responsibilities as assigned.
10. Engage professionally with client SMEs and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates, clarifications, and support to drive alignment and closure.
11. Train, mentor, and support team members on process execution, controls, quality standards, and domain requirements to improve team capability and consistency.
12. Demonstrate strong ownership and people-management orientation, supporting compliance, controls, quality governance, and continuous improvement goals.

Education: Graduate
