Senior Power Platform Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to automate processes, build business applications, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Solution Development
Design and develop business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
Build automated workflows and business process automation using Power Automate.
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Design scalable solutions leveraging Dataverse.

Integration & Automation:

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Share Point, Teams, Azure, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
Develop custom connectors and APIs.
Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Architecture & Governance:

Define Power Platform architecture, governance, and best practices.
Ensure security, compliance, and data governance standards.
Support environment management, ALM, and solution deployment strategies.

AI & Copilot:

Build AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
Implement chatbot and conversational AI solutions.
Leverage Generative AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Leadership & Mentoring:

Mentor junior developers and citizen developers.
Conduct design reviews and solution architecture reviews.
Support onboarding and technical capability development.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.

Education: MCA,MSc,Bachelor of Engineering,BBA,BCom,BCS
