Job Description:Overview:

The Aftermarket Specialist is a vital member of the Service Sales Group, created with a focus on maintaining and strengthening service initiatives. The position is responsible for renewing and upselling existing Service Contract Agreements along with securing new agreements. This will be achieved by closely working with the Sales and Service department along with contacting existing customers and prospects in the market, actively promoting our service products. This role requires the individual to be a highly proactive “can-do” single point of contact for customers and to manage the long-term relationship, in coordination with other teams. This position will report to Loma's Service Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure Preventative Maintenance contract renewals as well as identify upsell opportunities while maintaining and building relationships with existing Loma customers
  • Manage and develop account relationships to drive new preventive maintenance contract sales; as well as identifying opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and/or other service offerings.
  • Prepare and process quotations while proactively contacting existing and potential customers to sell/extend their service agreement.
  • Proactively generate, qualify, and pursue existing and new client leads to generate service revenue.
  • Use CRM tools to track all required KPIs (activities and opportunities) as well as manage the pipeline and provide activities report and sales forecast for management on monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to address customer concerns effectively and pass on relevant leads.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards customer relationships with emphasis on responsiveness and ownership of the customers’ requests.
  • Provides high-level customer support through diligent follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure customers’ lifetime commitment to our products.
  • Demonstrate technical competence in service products and applications, ensuring proper sales application to meet customer needs for after-market products
  • Engage in department-wide projects including improvements to efficiency and development of service sales strategy.
  • In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their supervisor that are essentially related to their duties

Qualifications

  • 2- 4 years’ experience in an inside sales position within a service or technical support in a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience. Associates degree in a business-related discipline is a plus but not required.
  • Proven competence in selling technical services and ability to meet targets.
  • Experienced negotiator, focused on value proposition, and customer attributes / priorities.
  • Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on approach to getting things done, with a desire to make a difference.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong computer and CRM skills and full command of all MS Office products.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as necessary to attend regional needs.
  • Must present a professional and energetic presence coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service oriented, responsive person with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Associates degree in a business-related discipline is a plus.
  • French Language is a plus

Compensation Information:

26-30/hr non-exempt base pay, potential spiff programs for upsell on services sold.
