Job description

Ikano Retail is seeking a Process Automation Specialist to join our innovative team in Singapore or the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline our retail operations and enhance efficiency across the organisation.

  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation
  • Design and develop automated solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other relevant technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of automation projects
  • Create detailed documentation for automated processes and provide training to end-users
  • Monitor and optimise automated processes to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging automation technologies and best practices in the retail industry
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the impact of automation initiatives
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automated processes
  • Contribute to the development of the organisation's automation strategy and roadmap

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in process automation, preferably within the retail industry
  • Proficiency in RPA platforms such as Ui Path, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
  • Strong skills in business process mapping, analysis, and optimisation
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful automation projects
  • In-depth understanding of retail industry processes and operations
  • Knowledge of retail-specific software and systems
  • Relevant certifications in process automation or RPA platforms are desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
