What you'll need to have

• Optimize sales by ensuring a strong understanding of customers and the local market, while keeping an eye on the competition, priority articles that drive sales, and IKEA services, in order to maximize sales and long-term profitability.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of high-performing assortments and communicate this knowledge to customers and coworkers.
• Deliver a consistent, seamless, and positive customer experience that meets customer expectations in a multi-channel retail environment.
• Lead coworkers to create a fully and efficiently stocked store where IKEA assortments are presented in a way that inspires and satisfies customers.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58,960 CAD to 88,440 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
