About the role

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead daily fulfilment and operations activities, ensuring efficient flows, high quality standards and a great customer experience
  • Develop and support your leaders and teams, creating a collaborative, safe and high-performing environment
  • Drive operational improvements, implementing new processes and ways of working across inbound, replenishment, outbound and services
  • Work closely with stakeholders and partners to ensure product availability, operational excellence and sustainable growth

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience in operations, fulfilment or supply chain leadership within fast-paced environments
  • Strong ability to manage complexity, priorities and operational performance through data and planning
  • Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to engage people and drive change in evolving environments
  • Customer-focused mindset, strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective relationships across teams and partners
