• 积极与顾客沟通，倾听顾客的家居需求，根据对宜家产品和服务的了解，为顾客提供最佳解决方案，创造良好的购物体验。
• 维持所负责销售区域的正常运营，包括库存管理、展示样品管理、产品销售、订单管理，并确保所负责的区域干净、整洁、价签完整，库存充足等。
• 通过关注销售目标、产品和商业活动、顾客行为、市场竞争，来最大化所负责区域的销售和盈利。
• 与同事保持充分沟通，协助部门经理，协同其他职能部门，始终致力于以高效的工作方式达成结果。
