Job description

• You will be managing or supervising high-value sourcing and commercial activities for sub-indirect categories such as facility management, marketing, travel, and other external consultancies.
• You will be implementing and giving trainings on procurement guidelines, processes, and practices to drive business with higher efficiency and lower costs.
• You will be coordinating with business functions to steer forward our supplier code of conduct (IWAY), for supplier’s adherence to ethical, social, and environmental compliance in their business operations.
• You will be facilitating gate-check forums for sourcing and vendor on-boarding, and providing operational and advisory support to business functions on most efficient and effective way for their procurement activities.
• You will be handling query redressal on procure to pay (P2P) system and processes, to streamline purchase cycle.

Qualification

• You have an Indirect procurement background and familiar with daily activities of sourcing manager.
• You have strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to monitor important industry and market insights.
• You understand procurement systems and able to drive process improvements.
• You have ability to manage variable workloads and prioritize tasks.
• You are fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft office suite.
• Prior experience or exposure to IKEA sourcing and social compliance will get an added advantage.
