What you need to know

'- Proven experience in active selling by understanding customers, their needs, and local market behaviors.

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify priorities and adjust quickly in response to business needs.
  • Background in retail sales or interior design–focused environments; home furnishing or lifestyle retail experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Passion for developing people, building talent pipelines, and driving results through others.

'- Optimise sales and profitability by owning the product range and actively delivering commercial priorities and volume targets.

  • Translate local market insights, customer feedback, and seasonal trends into actionable commercial plans.
  • Maintain strong awareness of competition, pricing, supply flow, and performance metrics.
  • Use business analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities, risks, and growth drivers.
  • Act quickly on feedback to continuously improve the shopping experience.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse sales team through clear goals, regular follow‑ups, and performance reviews.
  • Create and execute action plans focused on coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 49,120 CAD to 61,400 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
