  • you have passion for working with people and you successfully lead them by example,

  • you have strong knowledge of P&C (personnel administration & payroll) environment (with min. 3 years of experience),

  • communication in French and English is your strong point, and you are eager to use it while cooperating with various partners all over the world,

  • you have a service oriented and customer focused background, a strong drive and the ability to take decisions and delegate,

A day in your life with us

  • lead one of our P&C teams to ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements,
  • support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics,
  • supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities,
  • support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations,
  • follow-up on the status of outstanding issues,
  • recruit competent new co-workers that will fit to the team with the required PA/PY profiles,
  • take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff knowledge, skills and competence,
  • be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading,
  • be a part of a work environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality.

As Ingka Business Service Center, we are part of IKEA and we support shops and other IKEA companies with financial and payroll services. Our office (Regional HUB Europe) is located in Poznań, at 6a Szwedzka Street (Centrum Franowo). With us, you can spread your wings in the field of HR.
