What you'll be doing day to day

• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to investigate reported inventory deviations.
• Maintain a close connection with the unit operations and support inventory availability.
• Audit outbound orders in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements.
• Perform cycle counting in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements.
• Support KPI metrics by completing local unit reporting processes.
• Follow operating procedures to detect and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Safely operating Powered Material Handling Equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

• General warehouse or previous inventory experience preferred.
• Comfortable with platform equipment at varying heights.
• Comfortable with walking and riding bicycle throughout warehouse.
• Prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
