Your responsibilities

As an IKEA Food Administrator, you will support the food business by ensuring accurate data management, smooth administrative processes, and compliance with internal guidelines.

You will:

  • Manage and secure the correct flow of food administration processes including ordering, goods receiving, invoice control, and stock management
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation related to food operations
  • Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and highlight deviations for corrective action
  • Support monthly financial processes by validating invoices and coordinating with finance teams
  • Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, waste, and food costs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and IKEA internal rules and guidelines
  • Act as a key user for food-related systems, supporting daily operations and training co-workers
  • Contribute to implementing and maintaining new tools, systems, and ways of working within the food function
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality and operational efficiency
