Our team within IKEA
Can you imagine? IKEA started as a small mail-order company in Älmhult, a rural village in Sweden. Today, we are in 63 countries with a unique range of products. Working at IKEA means working in a world of ideas, described by our colleagues as a place where everyone is welcome and you can be yourself. We make a difference for as many people and the planet as possible. It’s also a place where you can shape your career and where there is plenty of room for your practical creativity and ideas. All this while working in a great team with colleagues who are always there for you and ready to help when needed.

We are a newly formed Expansion team within IKEA Netherlands. We are currently a small team with big ambitions, working on how IKEA continues to grow and stay relevant in the Dutch market. Fun, collaboration, and learning from each other are at the heart of how we work every day.

WHO YOU ARE:

At IKEA, we believe it’s important that you can be yourself. You are curious, analytical, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with data as well as understanding what is happening in the market. You take responsibility for your work, are comfortable working independently, and are not afraid to ask questions. You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating with others, and like turning complex information into clear insights that help drive decisions.

What else you need:

  • Formal qualifications (BSc, MSc) in economics, engineering, natural sciences, or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of data processing for large datasets
  • A good understanding of Dutch market is a plus

WHAT ELSE IS IMPORTANT:
